My plan was to write a step by step explanation to building business credit but I kinda fell off that road so in order to help I spoke to a client today who is going to send me questions to get step by step answers and I plan to answer it as he goes along. I am not going to stop my road but what I have realized is that since I know the process inside out, I sometimes leave out information that is needed.

Well if you dont mind I was wondering about banks with no pg and possibly net30 without a paydex…I read awhile back about aged/shelf corps do you still offer them and do they come with tax records for the years they have been in operation

Home Depot Mastercard. Citibank requires a personal guarantee if you don’t have the following. Established 2 or more years, 12 Employees or more, 1,000,000.00 Verifiable Revenue. If not you need a personal guarantee. They report to Experian and D&B.
Key Bank checks personal credit as well. If you dont have a CS of 680+ on your personal credit, you will be denied. No Collections , No more that 5 Inq in last 180 days. No Maxed accounts.
not too sure where you get your info but i got approved from keybank on many occasions with no personal gurantee
